Craft porcelain is FAIL.
It cracks when applied to a hard surface like there's no tomorrow. I spackled the damaged so no one's the wiser, but due to the shrink, her eyes shifted position and her mouth opened... her expression is now completely different that the origninal sculpt ([link]) Even after nearly 3 weeks of drying she's STILL cracking due to shrinkage.
This WAS going to be the final paint job before I do up her hair until I noticed fractures along her eye and in her brow.
I just wanted to post her now before I have to repaint her.
